Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid GeoGuessr Boost Pro subscriptions.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Subscription payments

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We usually do not refund unused time, change of mind, or a period where the paid features were available and used.

Duplicate charges and technical issues

We review refunds case by case for duplicate charges, accidental purchases reported shortly after payment, unresolved technical issues that prevent normal use, or other billing errors.

Renewals

Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel before the next billing period to avoid future charges.

Abuse and misuse

Refunds may be refused when there is clear abuse of the refund process, account sharing, chargeback abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.
