Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid GeoBoost Monthly Unlimited and Annual Unlimited subscriptions. Previously purchased 7-day passes remain covered until they expire.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Unlimited access remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Subscription payments

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We usually do not refund unused time, change of mind, or a period where Unlimited access was available and used.

Duplicate charges and technical issues

We review refunds case by case for duplicate charges, accidental purchases reported shortly after payment, unresolved technical issues that prevent normal use, or other billing errors.

Renewals

Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel before the next billing period to avoid future charges.

Previously purchased 7-day passes do not renew and remain valid until their original expiry date. Refund requests for a legacy pass follow the same case-by-case rules above.

Manual cryptocurrency payments

Manual cryptocurrency payments buy 30 or 365 prepaid days and do not renew automatically. Because blockchain transfers may be irreversible and network fees are outside our control, contact support before sending funds and verify the payment instructions carefully. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and, when approved, may exclude non-refundable network fees.

Abuse and misuse

Refunds may be refused when there is clear abuse of the refund process, account sharing, chargeback abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.

Local rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Subscription cancellation starts in GeoBoost and finishes in Stripe; access remains until the paid period ends. Reactivation removes a scheduled cancellation without a new purchase. Eligible Monthly subscribers may receive a one-time $5 discount on their next renewal, then $9.99/month. A verified $1.99 Daily purchase may be credited once toward Monthly within 24 hours: $8 initially, then $9.99/month, starting immediately. Offers cannot be combined. Email bonus: 5 guesses once per verified email and browser identity after confirming marketing consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; purchases do not imply consent. At most four onboarding marketing emails are sent within 14 days, and they stop after purchase or unsubscribe. We store consent, billing and bonus records and use pseudonymous analytics unless disabled. Currency conversion, tax and the final payable amount are shown in Stripe. Existing refund terms remain unchanged.

GeoBoost combines email addresses from billing, restoration, referrals and the email bonus into one contact record in Supabase. Only separately confirmed marketing consent permits promotional email through Resend; buying or restoring access does not grant consent. You may uncheck the marketing option before submitting. We send at most one marketing email per 48 hours and four in the first 14 days. Unsubscribe, bounce or spam complaint stops marketing across linked installations. We record delivery and link engagement; opens may be imprecise. Clicks may be attributed to purchases within 7 days. Raw email is not sent to Amplitude, and analytics opt-out is respected. We retain consent, suppression, billing and offer records for operation, legal obligations and abuse prevention. Contact support for access or deletion requests.
